Description

My husband and I participated in the Muddy Buddy race in Richmond, VA a few years ago.  It's a 2 person team event, consisting of trail running, mountain biking, and a few pretty easy yet fun and challenging obstacles.  The final obstacle of the race is a low crawl through a man made mud pit.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not a super girly girl, and I usually don't like getting dirty... but this mud pit was a BLAST! I highly recommend this race if you're looking for something fun and different to do.  There's only a handful of Muddy Buddy events around the country.
